The problem is not that eating meat, the problem is that you are eating meat which is produced by companies with life-threatening hygienic standards and poor work and animal conditions. Don't become a veggie if you don't want to, just be careful and buy meat which is from local farmers and buy bio products. Eat & cook with your family. You have to WANT to eat good and healthy food!
