In the "As Time goes by" episode where Lionel takes Jean to meet his father , she looks around his entrance hall and finds a jukebox. She idly pokes at some buttons and it starts up, playing Bill Haley and his comets. It's the cue for Lionel's jolly father
to enter and introductions are made. New characters get started.

What
on earth are you talking about? Bill Haley was one of the first American R&R singers. Before R&R he was a C&W singer called Bill Haley & the Saddlemen. Before you start disrespecting a dead R&R legend, think twice and try to make sense. Websters dictionary: "pimp: a man who solicits clients for prostitutes."
