She's obviously referring to the breaking aspect of Hip Hop, not the music aspect, Hip Hop is not just DJing and MCing, it also includes breaking (break dancing) and graffiti art. Hip Hop is not a genre it's a culture. That being said she's a terrible
 breaker.
